Occasionally, some pets develop diarrhea due to stress while boarding. This condition is not uncommon and usually responds to minimal medical treatment. There is a fee for the medication dispensed. Should your pet have this problem, please indicate how you would like us to proceed.

In the event of a serious medical condition, you will be contacted. If we are unable to reach you, your pet will be treated at the veterinarian's discretion until you can be reached.

**PLEASE NOTE: For the best interest of all pets under our care, all patients will be examined for external parasites (fleas, lice, ticks) while here. If parasites are found, the pet must be treated at the owner's expense to prevent spread to other patients. Our staff will explain if any additional follow up care is necessary.
