Everyone is so professional, caring, and kind, from the receptionists to the techs to the doctors and assistants. It makes for a stress-free visit for our family.
We brought our very sick dog Tucker out and the staff couldn’t be more caring. Dr. Lauren and Dr. Chris were exceptional at explaining things to us and helping treat our dog. The vet techs were really concerned about Tucker and really showed they care.
I have been using the boarding services at River Ridge Animal Hospital for years. All of my dogs have stayed there and have received great care! My dog Sam absolutely loves the staff. He loves the attention and the care that he receives, along with the atmosphere!
Dr. Trisha, vet tech Alexander, and the women who I spoke with on the phone were amazing. My cat became suddenly ill and they were the only place who made time to take her. I drove an hour to get her in. Trisha and Alexander were extremely comforting and supportive during my baby’s final moments. I will forever appreciate them.
Excellent care!!! We have been taking our dog here for almost 10 years and have ALWAYS been happy. All staff and veterinarians treat our pets like their own. I’ll admit, we have tried other vets a few times but were NOT pleased with the level of care elsewhere. Lesson learned. I will always return. Thank you, River Ridge Animal Hospital!!!
River Ridge is the best place to bring your fur babies. They have been taking great care of our cats since we moved to Dixon over 10 years ago, and now, our rescue dog. Very nice and caring veterinarians and vet techs.
